2027 Spring Break Mission Trip — Czech Republic

Join missionaries Chelsea Irwin and Benjamin Helge in exploring the unique challenges and blessings that go hand in hand with missionary service. You will learn about and participate in all aspects of our work in the Czech Republic, as well as the life and work of various overseas missionary roles. Come and see how we spread the Gospel, plant Lutheran churches, and show mercy in Central Europe.

Share the Gospel – You will get to share the Gospel with students in Havířov, CZ at after school events. Over 50 new students entered the K4 Community Center/Church Plant and heard the Gospel during these two weeks. Volunteers also invited younger students to English Bible Camp this summer, which has already resulted in five children registering.

Plant Lutheran Churches – Students from the community will meet local Czech Lutherans and enter into the space where weekly worship services take place. Students (and adults) are invited to continue interacting with K4 and the local church at on-going English clubs and worship services.

Show Mercy – Your team will assist adults and students by speaking English with them, building their confidence and teaching them new phrases and words in English.

This opportunity is specially designed for college students to explore missionary service.

Dates: February 27- March 6, 2027

Cost: $900/person (airfare not included)
