Partner with a Czech Lutheran congregation to teach kids about Jesus and also give them a chance to practice their English skills. You can join a team that we will assemble, or your church could form a team to put on an English Bible Camp.
This week-long event is similar to a VBS in the United States. It combines fun activities, English practice, and Bible stories. Your team will be in charge of planning the English Bible Camp using the curriculum we provide. During the event, you will work with local church members to share the Gospel with the children that attend. The curriculum incorporates the Bible lessons into the English lessons. Note: The English learning is informal- not as it is taught in school. This offers the kids the opportunity to put into practice the English that they already know.
A typical day lasts from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. During this time, your team is in charge of leading an opening, English time, Bible lesson, craft, sports/games, and music. At the end of the week, the parents will come see what their children have been learning. Another opportunity to connect them to the local Lutheran church!
English Bible Camps spread the Gospel and show mercy. By working on English with children and others, you help to open new opportunities, provide better jobs, allow for the possibility of travel, connect individuals to a wider community of people and resources, and more.
This is an amazing opportunity for individuals who want to serve. It is also a great opportunity for congregations that want to send a team of 3-4 people.

Cost: Approximately $450/person (airfare not included)
