Join the Community Health Evangelism (CHE) Team this summer and help the Lutheran mission in Belize as the spread the Gospel, plant Lutheran churches, and show mercy. You will work with your team to teach a variety of CHE sessions on topics such as working with people with disabilities, injury prevention, stress management, alcoholism, marriage & family, and parenting.
Your service will help to spread the Gospel by emphasizing the Scriptural connection of each taught. You will support our efforts to plant Lutheran churches by working with the congregations that are being planted and helping to generate contacts for pastoral follow-up. Your team will show mercy by responding to the health needs that the local community has identified, equipping them to care for others in their communities.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with medical backgrounds (nurses, doctors, PAs, etc…).
Dates: August 27- September 3, 2025
Cost: $600-$700 (airfare not included)
Cost Includes: food, lodging, coordination and international medical insurance.
