2026 English Bible Camp — Czech Republic

Share the Gospel with elementary and middle school aged children by partnering with a Czech Lutheran congregation to teach kids about Jesus and also give them a chance to practice their English skills. You will work together to put on an English Bible Camp.

This week-long event is similar to a VBS in the United States. Your team will be in charge of planning the English Bible Camp using the curriculum we provide. It combines fun activities, English practice, and Bible stories. During the event, you will work with local church members to share the Gospel with the children that attend. The curriculum incorporates the Bible lessons into the English lessons. Note: The English learning is informal- not as it is taught in school. This offers the kids the opportunity to put into practice the English that they already know.

A typical day lasts from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. During this time, your team is in charge of leading an opening, English time, Bible lesson, craft, sports/games, and music. At the end of the week, the parents will come see what their children have been learning. Another opportunity to connect them to the local Lutheran church!

This is an amazing opportunity for individuals who want to serve. You could also form a team from your congregation and serve together!

Dates: July 8-20 2026

Cost: Approximately $450/person (airfare not included)

Cost Includes: food, lodging, project costs, coordination and international medical insurance.
