2025 English Bible Camps — Taiwan

Partnering with a Taiwanese Lutheran congregation, you will put on an English Bible Camp to share the Gospel with elementary and middle school aged children in Taipei and also in the community of Hsinchu, Taiwan. These events will also create awareness of the church’s ministry within the community and encourage local church members.

This week-long event is similar to a VBS in the United States. Your team will be in charge of planning the English Bible Camp using the curriculum we provide. You will work with local church members to share the Gospel with the children that attend. The curriculum incorporates the Bible lessons with the English lessons. The English learning is informal- not as it is taught in school. It offers the kids the opportunity to put into practice the English that they already know.

A typical day lasts from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. During this time, your team is in charge of leading an opening, English time, Bible lesson, craft, sports/games, and music. At the end of the week, there is a time for parents to come see what their children have been learning. This provides another opportunity to witness to those in the community and help in connecting them to the local Lutheran church.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to serve.

Dates:

• July 10-19, 2025: Hsinchu
• July 24- August 2, 2025: Taipei (filled)

Cost: Approximately $450/person (airfare not included)

Cost Includes: food, lodging, project costs, coordination and international medical insurance.
