Share the Good News of salvation in Jesus Christ with kids by working with your team to plan and offer a Vacation Bible School. You’ll focus on kids at a school near the Lutheran church in Kingston, Jamaica.
A typical day of the VBS will be 3-4 hours of activities with kids. Each day, you’ll have some time for planning for the following day. Your program will definitely include Bible stories. It could also include things like crafts, games, puppet shows, dramas, music, etc. There will be approximately 40 kids ages 6-12. At the end of the week, you’ll host a celebration event for parents to come see what their children have been doing during the week.
Dates: late August/early September (annually)
Cost: approximately $100/person/night (airfare not included)
Cost Includes: food, lodging, on-field transportation, coordination and international medical insurance.
