Online English Conversation Partner — Winter 2024

A conversation partner who served Puerto Rico in 2023.

Volunteer as a conversation partner with English language learners around the world! Give your partner the chance to practice their English skills with a native speaker. This is a great opportunity to help the students grow in their confidence. You also get to support the work our missionaries are doing!

The next round of English Conversation Partners will take place January 30, 2024 through March 5, 2024.

This winter, the class will be based in Puerto Rico. They will meet Tuesdays, 5-6 p.m. Central Time.

Volunteer requirements:

1. Serve one hour/week, for six weeks.
2. Be a native English speaker.
3. Have a video-based conversation with English language learners.
4. Follow the instructions given by your host missionary.

Please note: It is very important that your internet can support having a live video conversation because the classes will take place on Zoom. You’ll need a webcam and access to broadband internet.
